Eduqual accreditation for Siobhan Kelleher

Siobhan Kelleher, dental hygienist and Irish Dentistry editorial board member, has become an accredited course provider by Eduqual.

This will allow her to offer high-quality educational programmes to individuals seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills in various fields.

The latest programme to be launched is the postgraduate diploma in oral and positive health (level 7), which combines the study of oral health with the latest research in lifestyle medicine and positive psychology.

By integrating the principles of positive psychology and coaching approaches, Siobhan aims to provide learners with a holistic understanding of oral health and its impact on one’s overall quality of life.

Several other courses are also in the pipeline, including mentoring in dentistry, practice management, and dental nurse practitioner courses.

The certificate in the principles and practice of mentoring in dentistry (level 5) is designed for dental professionals wishing to develop their mentoring skills and support the growth and development of their colleagues.

The practice management course will equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage their practice successfully. The dental nurse practitioner course, on the other hand, will focus on expanding the role of dental nurses and empowering them to take on more advanced responsibilities.

Siobhan said: ‘I am committed to providing high-quality education and training to individuals in the dental profession, and look forward to positively impacting their careers and the oral health industry as a whole.’
